On July 21st, 2019 EOW returns to The Pyramid Club for 1 night only, with a special throw-back edition of the Wild Card challenge. This second-chance challenge is featuring Optometrist, King Trippl3, D Nasty, and Randy Mason competing for the final spot in the 2019 USA Finals, where 1 winner will receive an all-expense paid trip to Belgium and a spot in the 2019 World Finals.
